An essential tool in the ongoing war against spam and email viruses
It's rare to find a product that deserves its own page and endorsement, but I've been using Mailwasher now for several years and it has saved me not only time and effort but also money.
Mailwasher is one of those simple programs that is easy to use, simple in its design, and yet very powerful in its effect. It sits on your PC and queries your mail account(s) for new mail and presents you with a list of those emails waiting to be downloaded. At an instant you can see what's spam and what's friendly and you have to option of deleting, bouncing or dowloading the items.
Senders can be instantly marked as 'friends' and spammers are instantly added to a list of their own. The beauty of all this is that it's done BEFORE you download a single item thus saving you time (by preventing the download of unwanted mail and attachments), effort (you don't have to sort through your inbox), and money (time is money, and the older you get, the less time you have!).
Download a free trial and give it a go for a couple of weeks. I'm sure you will soon grow accustomed to and will want to register a copy.
